Scope
Redevelopment of a one hectare Department of Human Services site to provide a more sustainable and affordable mix of dwelling units.
Collie Role
Development planning including preparation of the planning report and planning scheme amendment documentation, and facilitation of planning approvals.

Establishing a good working relationship with Stonnington City Council, working with a large project team and embracing the issues and requirements in the urban context and planning policy framework.
