Planning Appeals
Collie works with clients to lodge applications for review with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) for a review of a planning decision or failure to make a decision on particular grounds or to respond to applications for review against client proposals and then to prepare and present the case at VCAT either as an expert witness or as an advocate as applicable.
Planning Panels
Collie works with clients and if required other consultants, to prepare submissions during the public exhibition period of planning scheme amendments. Once a planning panel has been formed to consider submissions, Collie works with clients and if required other consultants, to prepare cases for presentation to the panel. |
