Jay has developed excellent skills in strategic and statutory planning, report writing and presentation, research, plan production, development and land use planning. These skills have been further enhanced by his previous experience at Adelaide Hills Council and in the United Kingdom. Jay has been involved with a variety of major strategic planning and development projects involving co-ordination of specialists and requiring site analysis, impact assessment, urban design, statutory planning, feasibility assessment, heritage issues, research of environmental issues and various negotiation and consultation techniques.
