Guest Building Group has obtained a permit recently for office, education centre, warehouse and trade supplies, in Bolton Street, Eltham. Collie worked closely with Guest Building Group to advise on the plan requirements and to prepare the planning permit application.

Further to our previous article it is good to see the completion of ten townhouses at Ruskin Street in Highlands, Craigieburn. The townhouses offer a well-designed medium density development that is located to front the newly developed Volcano Park, as seen in the photos below.
