Bachelor of Town and Regional Planning, University of Melbourne As the Managing Director of Collie, Michael has overall management, marketing and mentoring responsibilities at the Company level. In addition, he has particular Project Director responsibilities at the client and project levels. Michael has extensive experience in a range of residential, commercial, retail, activity centre and industrial projects; many of which are large and complex. He is well regarded for his knowledge of the planning system and how to navigate through it. He has constant hands-on involvement in strategic and development planning projects, in urban design and masterplanning, and in design and contract administration aspects of landscape projects. |

Master of Landscape Architecture, University of Melbourne Jennifer is one of the founding Directors of Collie Pty Ltd and is responsible for projects in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Recreation. She has particular skills in strategic thinking, problem identification and solving and good design outcomes. |

Bachelor of Town and Regional Planning (Honours), University of Melbourne John has a particular interest in seeing projects progress from concepts to a physical form that is functional, practicable, economical and well designed. He has worked on a wide range of projects varying in scale from 'new towns' to house extensions in locations throughout the eastern states of Australia. He is a regular contributor to Planning News and appears as an advocate or expert witness at VCAT and Panel Hearings. He is responsible for a variety of major strategic planning and development projects involving the coordination of specialists and requiring complex environmental issues, site analysis, impact assessment, urban design, statutory planning, feasibility assessment, heritage issues and various consultation techniques. |

Bachelor of Planning and Design (Planning) (Honours), University of Melbourne Fiona is an experienced planner and has worked on a wide range of projects varying in scale from the preparation of redevelopment strategies and planning for large residential areas to feasibility reports, planning scheme amendments and planning permit applications. She has developed excellent skills in strategic and development planning, report writing and presentation, research and plan production. Fiona appears on behalf of clients at consultative meetings and has also been involved in a range of community consultation programs. |

Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, University of South Australia Jay has developed excellent skills in strategic and statutory planning, report writing and presentation, research, plan production, development and land use planning. These skills have been further enhanced by his previous experience at Adelaide Hills Council and in the United Kingdom. Jay has been involved with a variety of major strategic planning and development projects involving co-ordination of specialists and requiring site analysis, impact assessment, urban design, statutory planning, feasibility assessment, heritage issues, research of environmental issues and various negotiation and consultation techniques. |
