Collie has been a key member of project teams that prepare masterplans or structure plans for new integrated communities, existing activity centres and town centres and a variety of specialised land uses such as industrial or business parks.
In many of these projects, Collie has been the prime consultant responsible for the preparation of the masterplan / structure plan and co-coordinating specialist technical studies by others.
