Collie provides subdivision design (but not survey) services on projects ranging from a few lots to masterplanned new residential estates. The inputs may involve concept planning through to AutoCAD drawing of subdivision plans but not survey work associated with formal plans of subdivision. Important elements of the inputs include:
land use and transport / movement requirements (starting with convenient and safe walking and cycling networks);
community–useful public open space locations and links;
creating a sense of place and opportunities for community development;
