New Land in the Armstrong Creek Urban Growth Area

Collie is pleased to have assisted the client recently with town planning investigations as part of its due diligence for the acquisition of land located within the Armstrong Creek Urban Growth Area and approximately 6 kilometres to the south of the Geelong CBD. 

As part of our role, we provided detailed town planning advice including on the key opportunities and constraints of the land and on a draft subdivision layout and issues that should be addressed to maximise its approval chances before the City of Greater Geelong.
