Collie was engaged by PDS Group and recently assisted in obtaining a town planning permit for a gym located at the Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre. The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) has prepared new draft guidelines for precinct structure planning in Melbourne’s Greenfields.
